Marija Kjoseska MA, IP Attorney from the Intellectual Property Agency BERIN LTD Skopje, held two lectures within the International Fair of Contemporary Art Paratisima Skopje 2017 in the Youth Cultural Center (YCC) on June 17, 2017.

The first lecture was on the topic “The Intellectual Property for the artists and professionals in the field of art and creative industries: Protect your advantage before the competitors”, while the second theme was “Design in different light: protection of industrial design as award of the creativity and impetus for economic development “.

The attendees, artists, designers and creative individuals through these lectures had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basics and various types of intellectual property, the possibilities offered in this area, the possibilities for protection of industrial design as an industrial property and part of intellectual property, as well as the goals and benefits of protection of their own creative work.

The lectures caused great interest among the participants at the international fair Paratisima Skopje 2017, as a result of which discussions were developed after the talks.

Paratisima Skopje is an international fair of contemporary art that is open to all forms of art and creativity and this year was held for the fourth time. The participation of BERIN on this event is a result of the joint cooperation with Paratissima Skopje.
